Concerning fuel. How many gallons of gasoline can be refined from one barrel of crude oil? ?

Just wanna know about gasConcerning fuel. How many gallons of gasoline can be refined from one barrel of crude oil? ?
There is not a single answer. It depends on the crude oil being pumped out the the ground. Some is very sludgy and requires lots of effort to refine into gas you can buy. One barrel of crude oil is 40 gallons... oil like this probably only yields a few gallons in gas.

Other oil is known as light and sweet... and yields much more gas per barrel.Concerning fuel. How many gallons of gasoline can be refined from one barrel of crude oil? ?
It depends on if they are just distilling it or cracking the heavier hydrocarbons to make lighter ones like gas.
