Has anyone heard this about what the oil companies are doing with the cost of refining oil?

I heard on the radio today that the reason why fuel prices are a little low right now is because the oil companies are rolling the expense of refining oil for fuel in cars over to the airlines in the jet fuel. I heard that someone from one of the oil companies is going to spill the beans in the next few days. They said that once Airlines start dropping flights you will notice a increase at the pump. Has anyone heard this?Has anyone heard this about what the oil companies are doing with the cost of refining oil?
they are cutting corners, and it shoes in refinery accidents,Has anyone heard this about what the oil companies are doing with the cost of refining oil?
Fuel for cars and fuel for planes are two

very different things. They are refined differently and I don't know the composition of

Jet fuel but there is probably an extremely

high octane fuel.

they are both sold differently on the world

markets and I doubt that the oil companies

could manipulate the market to change the

price from one to the other. Also, there would be no benefit to do so.

P.S. Airlines have already been dropping flights a lot for the past few months.
I have not heard anything about this. Can you provide a link to such information.
no
