If a bottle of oil says it's 100% pure does that mean it's refined?

For cooking. If a bottle of oil says it's 100% pure does that mean it's refined?
the thing you have to remember about anything that say 100% of something doesnt make it better per say for example 100% olive oil doesnt mean anything because it could be made out of old reject olives that cant be made into anything else. most oils if they are refined will tell you and if not look for the word pressed. pressed is normaly a better oilIf a bottle of oil says it's 100% pure does that mean it's refined?
It might be refined or filtered, but 100% pure usually means that there are no other things in it. For example, if its 100% pure olive oil, there will be no other ingredients, including other types of oils. 100% pure vegetable oil will be only vegetable oils, no animal byproducts. Filtering and processing usually DO occur however to make it safe and clean for human consumption and prolonged storage.
