What is the average time for oil to be pumped from the ground, refined, and delivered to the pump as gas?

For example, once a single drop of oil is pumped out of the gound in the Gulf of Mexico, how long does it take the refined product of that drop to reach the gas tank of my car in Ohio? I know that the time will vary depending on where it is pumped from and my proximity to the source, but is it poosible to determine the average? What is the average time for oil to be pumped from the ground, refined, and delivered to the pump as gas?
i think it`s impossible to determine that...because to determine an average time you have to make a chain of guesses and possibilities which make the determination unreal. anyhow it`s a so very complicated chain....What is the average time for oil to be pumped from the ground, refined, and delivered to the pump as gas?
send an email asking mobil, caltex or some other oil producer... like the USA govermant
