Not too sure, it is possible just off the shore of TX in the Gulf of Mexico.Where will all the oil be refined at now there will be so much from?
An excellent question since there have been no new refineries built in the last 30 years. Most of the oil would would just substitute for oil from the Middle East. So it could go through the current refineries available. Since demand is going to increase whatever is done, there will be a need for new refineries.
