Is triple refined vegetable oil for cooking 'bad'?

It doesn't say the source on the bottle but I assume it's sunflower or corn.Is triple refined vegetable oil for cooking 'bad'?
Partially hydrogenated margarines and shortenings are even worse for you than the highly refined vegetable oils from which they are made because of chemical changes that occur during the hydrogenation process. The two sites to visit the first one is more in depth and is about half way down the page,.All in all, triple refined , sure they tried to take the junk out but the process of how they do it kills off the good and the chemical residue is still there.Think twice and great question.
